Delivery, Refunds & Returns

FREE DELIVERY to mainland UK

We hope that you are happy with your goods. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

We are offering Free Shipping during our Sale up to the 31st January 2025  on all our products. An Express service is available at £4.95 UK Mainland. 

​The cost of returning your goods is the responsibility of the customer, however we can supply you with a returns label so you can attached it to your return and send it back with our couriers through the Evri delivery drop off service. The cost of return is £3.50 and this will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively you can return using your own couriers. 

The item must be in the same resalable condition that you received it in and not show any signs of wear.

All refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item
via the original payment method and you will be advised of the refund by email.

Any issues regarding lost/unfound or damaged deliveries must be notified to us within 48hrs from proof of delivery.

 Permitted Destinations

Whilst we would like to be able to send our Shoes & Boots anywhere in the world, unfortunately, problems with unreliable shipping and expensive shipping rates have led to us excluding some regions. If your destination is not included on our list of countries please email us. We may be able to ship to your destination, though additional shipping fees may be required.
